I mean, everything in my order showed up and it was packed fine. One bottle did take a little longer to ship, which had me wondering for a bit, but in the end nothing was missing.

Tried to pay twice. It froze both times. Then I saw pending charges on my card. Stressful. Not ordering here again.

I don’t know if it was just me or what, but trying to check out was way more frustrating than it should’ve been. I’d get all the way through and then the page would glitch or freeze or just not do what I expected, and I kept having to go back and try again. The website itself felt kind of clunky too, like I was second-guessing where to click half the time. I just wanted to place my order and be done, but it turned into this whole annoying thing.

I’m 100% sure this bottle was off. It tasted sour, flat, and just wrong from the first sip. There’s no way it was supposed to taste like that. I couldn’t enjoy it at all.

I’ve found a few rare bottles here and there, which is always exciting, but it’s definitely not something you can count on every time because some visits are a total win and other times you walk in hoping to spot something special, check the shelves, ask around, look one more time just in case, and still end up leaving with nothing unusual.

Had a decent wine selection, but a few things I was looking for were either out of stock or kind of hard to find. Wasn’t a bad experience, just felt okay overall.

I gave this a try thinking I might save a little, but once the shipping and extra fees were added, it just didn’t make much sense. At that point, I could’ve gotten the same thing somewhere else for about the same price, maybe even less. It might work out for certain orders, but for me the value just wasn’t there, so I probably wouldn’t use it again

The box landed at my place in just a couple days, and everything was packed up solid. No drama, no broken stuff, just fast shipping, which is really what I cared about. I’d definitely order from them again...

The cart was loading super slowly, and then it kicked me back a page so I had to re-enter some of my info again. Like, how is this okay for a checkout in 2026? The order did eventually go through, but it definitely wasn’t smooth. I’d maybe order again, but they really need to fix the checkout experience.

Easy process, helpful advice, and no pushy sales vibe. I’d definitely order again.

I’m usually a bit wary when companies give you all the usual polished lines about how much they care, so I wasn’t expecting much when I had a problem. To be fair though, they actually got it sorted quickly without making it a big hassle.

Saw the promo and thought, okay, nice deal. Added everything to my cart, got to checkout… and then the discount code just didn’t work. Again. Not the end of the world, but yeah, annoying when the offer looks good and then falls apart right at the end.

I had to send something back and I was expecting it to be a bit of a hassle but they got it sorted really quickly, kept things simple, and the whole return was done before I even had time to get annoyed about it.

This wasn’t a great first impression. I had an issue with my order and ended up needing to request a refund. To be fair, the money did make it back to my card, but it took longer than I expected and I had to follow up once to get things moving. It wasn’t a total disaster, just slower than it should’ve been

I’ll admit I’m kind of picky about tracking updates, but this was frustrating. The tracking barely changed, and my wine ended up arriving later than I expected. I reached out to support and they were polite enough, but they didn’t really give me much helpful info.

I mostly remember this going smoothly, aside from the part where the box showed up wet and one of the bottles was cracked. That was definitely annoying in the moment. I sent a couple pictures to customer support, and I think they got back to me fast with a replacement. So yeah, not a perfect delivery, but they handled it well enough that it didn’t really stick with me as a bad experience.
